HP Product Review: Pavilion a6600 Photos & Specs

HP Pavilion a6600 Desktop can store tens of thousands of photos, 27,000 songs or over 78 hours of video; it docks easily into the chassis slot of HP Pavilion PCs. It’s a perfect pc for unlimited fun and creativity and is the ideal one for entertainment mongers.

Build & Design

With dimensions of a normal Desktop, HP Pavilion a6600 has sleek black designer look and switches that light up in luminous azure blue giving your workplace a stylish look. Even for homes, these PCs have the perfectly chic look. This makes it suitable for use in both homes and offices. Select models come with Wireless mouse and keyboard that sits neatly below the configurable widescreen LCD monitor to enhance space saving and viewing comfort. This configuration gives a perfect Hi-tech look to the PC.

Keyboard & Mouse

The HP Pavilion a6600 comes with the HP low profile Multimedia keyboard and an optical, 2-button scroller mouse. For selected models of the series, these are cordless hence provides workstations that are not messed up with unnecessary wires anymore. In addition, it provides mobility to the user who can move around the workstation with the keyboard or the mouse. It therefore makes up an easy to use, comfortable PC free of wire-hassles. Performance & Benchmarks

In terms of features, HP Pavilion a6600 is not the ultimate configuration that would give you professional support as well as entertainment, but given its flexible configurability and perfect pricing the low configuration is well-justified. It has a 320 GB hard drive, which is great when you consider the price of the entire package. The hard drive is equal to the ones in Gateway MC7803u and 6930G from Acer (both 320 GB).

The graphic subsystem NVIDIA GeForce 9300GE 3D PCI-Express Graphics card has advanced 3D graphic and video features. The HP Pavilion a6600 has a dedicated graphics memory, HDMI and DVI capabilities. Therefore, the video and graphics performance of the Desktop is excellent. It provides excellent picture quality and a great viewing experience. The graphics support is good enough for a good gaming experience, animation and multimedia.
